THOUSANDS VIEW CIRCUS PARADE; HOXIE CHEERED I "Hanpy Day Are Here Again." shrilled the calliope and the thousands thousands of children, young and old, along the sidelines made it: "Circus Day is here again." And indeed It is Downle Brothers' circus, managed by Charles Sparks. The parade, replete replete with elephants, gaily colored wagons, spirited horses, brought out a record crowd as It moved ma - lestlcally from the circus lot at Twenty - first and Oreenwood streets.
