Mrs. Angle Given Ft. Irwin Award MONTCLAIR ~ A former former Montclair resident has been selected Civilian Civilian of the Month for August August at Fort Irwin, Calif. Mrs. Wilmetta J. Angle is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Lytle, 4965 Denver St., Montclair. Montclair. Mrs. Angle, anemploy- ee at the Civilian Personnel Personnel Office, was cited for her willingness and initiative initiative in learning all the "applicable regulations and developed standard procedures for her tasks and assignments." "Throughout her service service with CPO," the citation citation read, "she has accepted accepted all assignments and completed them even under the most adverse circumstances. "She d e m o n s t r a t e d outstanding ability, initiative initiative and willingness when assigned new problems. problems. Along with her regular assignments, she is confronted daily with numerous personal and telephonic inquiries that require a comprehensive knowledge of the missions and functions of the CPO."
