George W. Shigley Services for George W. Shigley, 2471 W. Monroe St., Milwaukee, World War II veteran, and former former Janesville resident, will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday in Krufr ger Funeral Home. The Rev. William William A. Riggs, CargiU Methodist Church, will officiate and burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home this evening. Mr. Shigley, son of John and Addie Shigley, was born March 15, 1902, in Waseca, Minn., and married Anna Schumacher in Janesville. He was released from the Army in February 1943. He was a member of a Milwaukee Milwaukee Methodist Church and Loyal Order of Moose. He is survived by his wife, several nieces and nephews. Mr. Shigley suffered a fatal heart attack Tuesday at National Lock Co., Milwaukee, where he was a heat tester.
