Mrs. Mary Foster Passes Away; Rites Held At Pike Funeral services for Mrs Marv f oster of Greenville, were held at 10 o'clock Tuesday mor- nmq in the Baptist Church at Pike, Rev Keith Frances of McKinney officiating. Pallbearers will be Roland Pryor and George Gilmer of Pike, Richard McC arley of Dallas and Moodv Daniel. Mrs Foster died Sunday night at the home of a daughter, Mrs. I S Powell. 1120 ( ommerce Highw ay, Greenville, after two months illness, She was a native of Collin ('ountv, born at Pike and the daughter ot Rev. and Mrs. W. I Fagg.. anti formerly lived at Blue Ridge and McKinney. She was married in 1903 to William B. Foster, well known Texas educator and churchman who at one time was county superintendent of schools here. He and his wife were both former leathers. Mr Foster preceded his wite in death in 1951. Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Powell ot Greenville; Mrs A B Van Arstlale of Decatur, Ala., two sons, Paul R Foster and J. Fagg Foster, of Denver. Colo., two sisters. Mrs. Hettie Manning of McKinney and Mrs Lucy Childress of El Paso; seven grandchildren and nine great | grandchildren.
