We are pleased to learn that Mr. William Niblo, who it so well known to every body ai the successful and gentlemanly proprietor of Niblo'l Garden, has made arrangement again to take possession of the spot so long, and to intimately and pleasurably associated in th minds of our citizens with hit namo. He intends to put np a building sufficiently large to contain about three thousand person. On Broadway a family hotel is to be ereoted, to which will be attached a splendid ball room, with supper and dressing rooms. Niblo' Garden has always been a plac of amusement that was frequented by thousands from the country, who had prejudices against other establishment!. The excellent order, the character of the utrtainmnts, always secured for it th attendance of the moit respectable class of people, who had any call to the city.
