PAUL SHERMAN HARRELL Was Frances Ann Woods Frances Ann Woods Weds Paul Harrell Married Saturday at West Knd Baptist Church were Miss Frances Ann Woods and Paul Sherman Harrell. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. D Woods. A graduate of Ball High School, she is a prospective January graduate of Sam Houston Slate University. Parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. L Harrell of Livingston. A graduate of Livingston High School, he is a senior at Sam Houston State University, and is employed by Holloway Construction Co. in Bryan. the liev. W. H. Sims performed the nuptial ceremony and Mrs, W. R. Sims played organ music. The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, wore a gown of Chanlilly lace and peau de soie. The empire bodice was fashioned wilh a high round neckline and three - quarter length bell sleeves of Chanlilly lace. Appliques of the lace adorned the A - line skirt. Her chapel length train of Chanlilly lace was attached to the yoke in back. A headpiece of illusion petal piimts. pearls and iridescent beads held her veil of silk illusion, and she carried a cascade of tiny white carnations Miss Cindy Peterson was maid of honor, and Claud Thomas of Livingston was best man Ushers were Tommy Ray Snook of Livingston, and ' Jeff' Woods III. the bride's brother The reception was in the church fellowship hall. Members of ihe house party were Mrs W. C. Channan. sister of the bride from Texas City. Mrs R. C. Thomas Jr. and Miss Beth Harrell. sister of the bridegroom. from Livingston Mrs. F. J. Perkins of Pasadena, and the bride's cousin. Miss Traci Diane Woods. After a brief wedding trip. the couple will be at home in Huntsville.
