A, U. Mershon, president of the Glenwood Glenwood Gold Mining & Milling Co. left Monday for the Pine Creek district to be present at the great meet of miners on the 26th. He will remain at the property of the company near Apex, Colo. He and the manager, Mr. W. S. Mason, will attend to closing the deal on compressed air drill and other apparatus apparatus aud getting the machines up- der full working order at the earliest possible moment. They feel certain of becoming shippers of paying ore inside of 30 days from the time the drills start. Mr. J. W. Clements, attorney for the company aud also county attorney and attorney for the U. P. R. B., will visit Gleuwood after the big meeting and be present at the distribution of shares. About oue half of the shares have been sold m Glenwood and Pacific Pacific Junction. All interested in the company declare positively that as soon as euough shares are sold to pay for starting expenses there will not be another share put ou the market by them. This company abstains from wild fancies and idle dreumci and challenge challenge any shu wing that its officers are otherwise than fair, honest, upright aud responsible men.
