1,1 i ELOPING - SHOPLIFTERS GETSUSPENDED SENTENCE Marcln Foschowy and Teenle Wan- Wan- chuk, both of Edwin. - Man., today were sent back to their homes and children. They were sentenced to three months in 'Jail after pleading gnilty before Magistrate Hlr llugti J Macdonald in city police court to a charge of shoplifting. -Sentence -Sentence was suspended and the warrant will In withheld to allow them to leave tne city. Focshowy left his wife and aix children to elope with the female accused. She left her husband and five children. Both were arrested in the act of stealing a dress. Reconciliations have been effected between the families. Focbowy's wife, and Mrs. Wanchuk s husband having Journeyed to Winnipeg to ex tend their forgiveness.
