JOHN S.MULLEN . . . rites Saturday John S. Mullen, 69 FORT WORTH - Services for Minister John S. Mullen, 69, formerly of Brownwood, will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in the University Christian Church here. Burial will be in Laurel Land Cemetery under direction of Shannon-South Funeral Home, 3015 Merida. Dr. Granville Walker will officiate. Mr. Mullen, former minister of the Christian Church of Brownwood, 1956-1961, died Thursday in a Fort Worth hos-' pital. He hwas born in Oak Har- bor, Ohio where he served as a minister before moving to Tex- as. A member of the University Christian Church of Fort Worth, he had lived in Fort Worth eight years. He served as minister minister of Christian churches in Childress and Pampa. An Army veteran of World War I, he served as secretary of the Texas Christian .Missionary .Missionary Society permanent fund and as scoutmaster 10 years. He was * worker with the Texas Christian Youth for nine years. Survivors include his wife; one sop, John V. pf Fort Worth; two daughters, Mrs/Lewis Eloe of Northridge, Calif., Mrs. B, E. Minor of Ashburham, Mass.; one brother, Herbert of Long Beach, Calif; one sister, Mrs. Harold Beatty of Zephyr Hjlls, Fla., and nine grandchildren,
