Judge Slemmons ordered him to pay the court costs within 90 days. 1 Another shooting incident, /was settled in. Circuit Court last week when Otto Faulkner, charged with shooting into a dwelling, pleaded guilty and received a one-year sentence in the county jail. Judge Stemmons credited Faulkner Faulkner with the 78 days he had spent in jail, however, and suspended the remainder of the term. Faulkner was arrested by local authorities after he fired a .22 caliber caliber rifle into the home of Mrs, Ethel Cady on Spring St. near Hickory Creek one evening early in October.
