Centralia James Maloney, aged 81, a well known Lewis county pioneer, died at IKSrS'Mthe THEATRE A . L . M C . S . S H o m the fam-ily home in Centralia Saturday morning. He is survived by widow, Mrs. Nettie Maloney, and sons, Clifton J. and Alvan S. of this city. Previous to making home in Centralia the Maloneys lived at Chehalis and at an earlier date made their home in the Salkum neighborhood for many years. Mr. Maloney served in the Civil war Missouri, being a member of the Volunteer infantry of that state. Funeral services were .held Monday afternoon, Rev. H. W. Thompson officiating. The four-months-old infant son Mr., and Mrs. Wilbur E. Higgles Saturday night at the residence of the parents. Graveside funeral services were held Monday morning, W. J. Sharp officiating.
