MRS. LETITIA McLEARN A resident of Winnipeg since 1901, Mrs. Letitia McLearn, widow of Charles McLearn, died early Monday at her home, Ste. 10, Rothsay apts. Mrs. McLearn was in her 82nd year and had been in ill-health a long period. Rev. Dr. Geo. A. Woodside, of St. Stephen's - Broadway United church, will conduct funeral services Wednesday, at 4 the A. B. Gardiner chapel. 'Burial will be made in Elmwood cemetery. A native of Creemore, Ont., Mrs. McLearn came to Western Canada in 1877, settling in the Virden district. There she married Mr. McLearn and the couple 14 years later moved to Winnipeg. Mrs. McLearn had been a member of St. Stephen's Presbyterian, and later of St. Stephen's Broadway United church. Predeceased by her husband about 1919, she is survived by one the Winnipeg Shriners' hospital. A daughter, Kays, superintendent of son, Allie, was killed in the Great War.
