CRANBERRY SAUCE CAKE Vi cups whole cranberry sauce 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 cup real mayonnaise Grated rind of 1 orange Vs cup orange juice 3 cups sifted flour h cups sugar 1 teaspoon baking soda , 1 teaspoon salt Lightly grease 9-inch tube pan and line bottom with brown paper. Combine cranberry sauce, walnuts, mayonnaise, orange rind and juice in mixing bowl. Sift flour, sugar, baking soda and salt on top. Stir until mixture is well blended. Pour into prepared tube pan. Bake in 350 deg. F. (moderate) oven until cake tests done, about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool, then frost. To prepare frosting: Cream 2 tablespoons margarine. Add 2 cups sifted confectioners sugar and V cup whole cranberry sance. Beat until creamy.
