Keller's homer powers Phillies past Mets 6-4 SPARTANBURG Spartanburg pinch-hitter Steve Keller hit a two-out, three-run in the eight inning to give the Phillies a 6-4 come-from-behind win over the Columbia Mets Monday night. Keller's homer, a 360-foot shot over the right field wall, chased home Joe Millette and Joe Tenhunfeld who had singled. The Mets had broken a 3-3 deadlock with a run in the top of the eighth. The Philllies' second consecutive win gives them a 15-39 record in the South Atlantic League's Northern Division, while the Mets even their record at 23-23 in the Southern Division. Phillies reliever Tim Peek brought his record to 3-1, going two innings and allowing two hits after taking over from starter Darrell Lindsey. Mets next Game: Columbia and the Phillies meet in the fourth game of the series tonight at Duncan Park at 7:30 p.m.
