SKIING TO OPEN AT SIGNAL POINT Idaho's newest skiing area- the Signal Point ski resort at Post Falls--will open for the first time today. Bill Redmond, president of the newly formed Signal Point corporation, announced yesterday added fell on the area, making more than three feet of snow on the ground. The new area can be reached by turning west off the SpokaneCoeur d'Alene highway at Post Falls. The slope is 10 miles from the turnoff. Tire chains are required. "All three tows will be operating as of 11 a. m. The lodge concession will also be ready to do business at that time," said Mr. Redmond.
