Friday 4/14 Peace vigil, conducted by Portland Friends Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers), 11 a.m.-1 p.m., corner of Exchange and Middle streets, Portland, people of all faiths welcome to join, encouraged to gather at 10:30 a.m. at the First Parish Universalist Church, 425 Congress St., Portland, at 10:45 a.m., after a brief worship, the vigil will begin.
