By The United Press BERLIN, March 30 Attacks against Americans in the Nazi Anti-Jewish campaign were met today with disciplinary action by the Hitler organization. One Nazi was expelled from the party and held for trial and two others were disciplined by their commander as a result of a protest made to Berlin police headquarters by Charles Messersmith, United States Consul General, against a second attack on Julius Fuchs, American proprietor of a night club. The attack was at his club. Mr. Fuchs first was attacked on March 18. A civilian non-Nazi also was held for trial. Revolver Shots Fired Mr. Fuchs in a sworn statement said storm troopers accompanied by a civilian entered his club yesterday and demanded drirfks.
