Tho Hon. David Cooper, brother of ex - Unlted States Senator Cooper, of this Slate, and formerly a member of the Lewistown bar, died at his residence In Salt Lake City on the 18th of July. He was appointed Federal Judge In one of the Territories some years ago and has recently been largely Interested in mining speculations.
