R. J. PEARSALL STRICKEN AT 63 Robert James Pearsall, 63, book salesman living at 424 No. L St., died suddenly Thursday in Montesano. He was a well known liberal and active in many organizations. Born in Port Huron, Mich., he had lived in Tacoma 14 years. He served in the U. S. Army in World War I and was a member of Tacoma post 138. American Legion, and the Maccabees. Surviving are his wife, Cornelia; two sons. Don C. of and Robert B. of Ithaca, N. Y.: a daughter, Mrs. Janice Cacek of March field, Calif., and three grandchildren. The C. C. Mellinger company will announce the services.
