WAS fined £1, with 85 costs, in default three days' imprisonment, for having been found on the licensed premises of the Ocean View Hotel, Dudley, during prohibited hours on November 10. Alexander Jones was fined £2, with 8s costs, in default five days* imprisone ment. for having been the licensee of the premises on which Abrahams was found. The conviction was not recorded. Constable Wallbank said that, at 10.30 p.m.. there were 10 persons on the premises And they rushed to get away, Abrahams was caught.
