THE COLLEGE TO BE REBUILT. We, the undersigned, hereby agree, each for himself, and for no other, to take shares of stock of the value of $5 each, set opposite his name, and pay for same to a building committee, to be hereinafter designated, the money to be used in the erection of a building for the use of -Shannon College, at Lebanon, Missouri, on the following conditions, to -wit: First--Said building to be erected at Lebanon, Missouri, on land having a perfect and unincumbered titile in the company of which we are stockholders. Second--Said College to remain forever at Lebanon, Missouri. Third -Said shares shall be paid for in installments of 20 per cent each on the first days of February, April, June, August and October, 1900. Fourth--This agreement to subscribe for shares of stock to be valid and binding upon us when $10,000 in shares shall have been subscribed in good faith t by the subscribers hereinafter named and an equal amount from persons outside of Laclede County.
