(UPI) Coach Tom Osborne was admittedly pleased wilh the way his Nebraska football team handled what was supposed to be a fairly strong Indiana club Saturday, but cautioned "there will be tougher ones down the road." In what turned out to be a Numismatch, the Cornhuskers waylaid Indiana, 45-0, and waited only seconds into the contest to give an indication how it would all end several hours later. On the first pluy from *scrimmage, Dave Butterfield picked off a Terry Jones pass con the Nebraska 47 to set up a 10-play drive for Nebraska's first touchdown.
