Nazification Of Austria to Be Complete Berlin, March 12 (AP) - Fuehrer Hitler departed triumphantly from Munich for Austria, the land of his oirth, today, leaving Propaganda Minister Goebbels here to broadcast his proclamation that "soldiers of the German defense force were marching over all the frontiers of German Austria" to carry on its I nazification. Hitler declared a "real plebiscite" would be held in Austria "within the shortest time" to convince the world that the Austrian people really desire a national socialist government. Hitting at European appeasement solutions that would involve coIonial questions with the Austrian issue, he said: "If even solutions of colonial questions are today made dependent upon the right of self determination of lower races involved, then it is unbearable that six and a half million members of an old and great cultured nation, due to the character of their regime shall enjoy even less rights than these." As the proclamation was read more than 100 three-motored German transport planes crossed the Austrian border south of Frasdorf, carrying troops to Vienna. "I myself as fuehrer and chancellor of the German people shall be happy again to be able to enter as a German and a free citizen this land which is my own land," Hitler's proclamation said. "The world, however, shall convince itself that the German people in Austria experiences in these days, hours of deepest joy and emotion. "The Austrian people see in the brethren who have a hurried to their 1 aid, saviors from dire distress. "Long live the national socialist German reich. "Long live national socialist Austria."
