State police find body in Saco River BIDDEFORD (AP) - A body recovered Sunday from the Saco River was tentatively identified : as a Lyman man who was last seen at a party in October 1993, authorities said. The body of Thomas Napier was found floating near the Maine En-, ergy Recovery Corp. incinerator about 1 p.m., said Stephen McCausland, spokesman for the Maine Department of Public Safety. The identity was based on a driver's license found on the body, McCausland said. An autopsy was scheduled Monday in Augusta. Napier was last seen Oct. 29 after attending a party with his best friend in Biddeford. He was reported missing three days later when he failed to report to work at Cyro Industries in Sanford. The body was recovered Sunday by fire departments from Saco and Biddeford .
