Four charged in robbery case SKOWHEGAN — Four suspects who were arrested Friday evening have been charged in connection with the Friday morning robbery of Mrs William Frigon’s general store at Wyman Lake Bingham Being held in Somerset County Jail here are Robert Arbair 24 of Skowhegan and Terry Leet 19 of Millinocket The other two arrested juveniles one of whom is female were released from the jail ip tbe custody of their parents On Sunday evening Richard Moore public information officer noted that no positive connection has been made between the 7 am robbery at the store at the Canadian Trail Cabins and the earlier slaying of Robert McKee during an apparent robbery at a Newport service station McKee a 35-year-old teacher at the Vickery School in Pittsfield and a night man at McNally’s Texaco Station in Newport was found at 3:55 am Friday at the station He died of multiple gunshot wounds in the head Moore and Newport Police Chief Charles Hawkins requested anybody who purchased gas at McNally’s Texaco station after midnight Thursday and before 4 am Friday to contact the nearest State Police barracks McNally’s station is at the Newport exit of Interstate 95 at the junctions of Routes 7 and 11
