Faulkner-Gaines Wedding Told Miss Aurrora Faulkn ner recently bride of Behnette, Byron H. Gaines at a beautiful ceremony which took place at Glenn Memorial Chapel at Emory. The Rev. Fred H. Thomas performed the ceremony. are late Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Thee bride's maternal parents Faulkner, of Clermont. Mrs. Faulkner was former Miss Mary Wofford. groom's parthee ents are Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Y. Gaines is the Oma Gaines, of Brookhaveliss Mrs. Johnson. The bride is a graduate of Clermont High School and was connected with Rich's for three and a half years. The groom is a graduate of Chamblee High School and served with the armed forees overseas. He was a member of the armed forces for four years and served in the 98th Artillery Division as First Segreant. He is now connected with the Railway Express Company. The bride was given in marriage by her brother, J. C. Falukner. She was gowned in off-white satin. She wore a fingertip veil coronet crowned with orange blossoms. She carried a white satin prayer and spray of swainsona. book topped with a white orchid * Miss Jackie Faulkner, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. She was gowned in pale blue taffeta, carrying a matching muff with ribbon and a spray of white carnations. The bride's other attendants were Misses Martha Fields, Elizabeth Darden, Mary Louise Morris and Clara Morris. The bridesmaids were gowned in gold taffeta, carrying matching muffs trimmed with blue ribbon and sprays of blue carnations. Ernest Gaines, brother of the groom, was best man. The groom's other attendants were Lon Bridges, Jr., Billy Fallaw, Bruce Attaway and Warren Crowder. Betty McElroy kept the brides book. After the ceremony, Mrs. Irvine E. Morris entertained with a reception at her home on Lakeview Avenue. After the wedding trip, the couple will return to make their home in Brookhaven.
