Paul M. Fackler, 78, of Chino Valley, retired farmer, died Jan. 30, 1992. He was a born in Iowa. Survivors include his wife, Irene; daughter, Ruth Eldra Carlson; sons, Melvin Eugene and Dwight Paul; and five grandchildren. Services: 10 a.m. Monday, N.
