Amy M. Vandenheuval Funeral services for Amy M. Vandenheuval, age 78, of Good SaDrive. maritan Center, who died at the center on Saturday, May 27, 1989, will be held at 1:30 p.m. WednesBaptist day, May 31, at the United MethArmstrong odist Church. The Rev. Dale Worat delman will officiate. Burial will be at Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home and one hour before the service at the church. Amy M. Vandenheuval was born on April 15, 1911, in Northfield, Minn., the daughter of John and Mattie (Bateman) Hatfield. attended business school and later Amy worked as a secretary in Northto field as well as in a cafe in Northmember field. she was united in On Aug. 2, 1933, denheuval in Decorah, to Iowa. Van- The marriage Joseph couple lived in Dundas, Minn., for short time and then moved to a Albert Lea. Amy worked for WoolSurvivors worth's, she volunteered many hours at Good Samaritan, took night calls for the Help Line, worked for the Salvation Army and wrote many articles for the Shopper and the CDC. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, where she was active in all church functions. Survivors include daughters, Mrs. Earl (JoAnn) of Anoka and Mrs. Michael (Mary) Schreiber of Lanark, Ill.; sons, Harold of Albert Lea Lloyd Vann of Little Falls; 16 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband four brothers.
