CHAPPELL THE DEATH OF MRS. Lydia Chappell, age 86 years, of Langham, Saskatchewan, occurred in a Saskatoon hospital on Jan. 8th, 1974. The funeral service will be held on Friday. Jan. 11th at 2.00 p.m. from First Saskatchewan Lutheran Church near Langham. conducted by Mr. Larry Thompson. (Floral tributes are gratefully declined). Surviving are: four sons. Leonard. Stanley, Harvey and Earl, all of Langham: two daughters. Mrs. Ethel Blanchard of Calgary and Mrs. Evelyn Rousell of Langham: 16 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a sister. Mrs. Annie Lacosse of Radisson. She was predeceased by her husband. Alfred. in 1958. Mrs. Chappell was born in Renfrew, Ontario and came west to the Asquith district in 1911. She was married in 1917 and farmed with her husband in the Langham district for many years. She was a member of First Saskatchewan Lutheran Church and of the E.L.C.W. Interment will take place in First Saskatchewan Lutheran Church Cemetery. Saskatoon Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. 1-11-c
