DINGWALL The passing of Mr. Donald Dingwall, age 62 years, of 2114 Ewart Avenue, Saskatoon, occurred in a local hospital on Sunday, July 3rd, 1983. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 7th, at 1:30 p.m., conducted by Archdeacon H. Brandrick from Park Funeral Chapel, 311 Third Avenue North. Courtesy parking north of the Chapel Surviving are his loving wife, Irene; one daughter, Mrs. Donna Lamers, of Saskatoon; one son, Dale (Donna) of Port Coquitlam, B.C.; two grandchildren, Larry and Lynn Lamers; two sisters, Mrs. Marguerite Trask of Hanley, Sask., and Miss Mary Dingwall of Saskatoon; and one brother, Rev. Stewart Dingwall of Saskatoon. He was predeceased by his first wife, Dorothy, in 1970, one sister, Mrs. Jean Hunt and two brothers, Fred and Jack. The late Mr. Dingwall was born in Asquith, Saskatchewan, attended Elementary and High School in in Asquith, and came to Saskatoon in his youth and has resided here since. During the Second World War, he enlisted in the R.C.A. in 1939, serving overseas from 1940 until 1945, and during his service he was a trumpeter and dispatch rider in the Artillery. Mr. Dingwall was emploved with the Saskatoon Transit System until his retirement in 1980. He was member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 63, a member of the North Saskatchewan Regiment Sergeant's Mess and also a member of the B.P.O.E. Elks Lodge No. 12. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. The Honor- ary Pallbearer will be Garland (Doc) Hackett. The Active Pallbearers will be: Orville Maines, Mark England, Richard Waring, Joe Kirton, Nestor Shuparski and Sid Fenn. Interment will take place in Woodlawn Cemetery. Arrangments are in care of Park Funeral Chapel.
