Water Company Br port. We have received the first annual re port of the Board of Director of the Memphi Water Company. The pamphlet gives an elaborate history of the works, the cost, details of construction, and other matters of interest to the public. The Holly or Direct Pressure system is that used by the Water Company, and the late fire teats of the plugs speak volumes in favor of the system.
