NORTH AND SOUTH WALES BANK. Mr. Goodier, the Liverpool manager, read the following report:— The directors beg to submit to the proprietors the following report:— Notwithstanding the continued depression in commercial affairs generally, and the reduction in the rate of discount from 10 to per cent during the last twelve months, the directors have pleasure in stating that the profits of the bank have enabled them to declare the usual dividend of 10 percent., and a bonus of 5 percent, making a distribution of 15 per cent for the year.
