Hostesses for the afternoon were Kathryn Baird Sullivan, Margaret Kathryn Sullivan and Mae Jean Sullivan, who were assisted by several tea hostesses and junior hostesses. The Sunday afternoon party had as its theme the early days in: Montana. The hostess, Kathryn Baird Sullivan, is the widow of the late J. Charles Sullivan of Butte, and a member of one of the pioneer families of Montana. In Hollywood, Mrs. Sullivan was formerly organist for Sid Grauman at the Grauman's Chinese Theatre when he presented his famous prologues.
