Betty B. Street LEWES— Betty B. Street, 86, died Saturday, Dec. 12, 2015, at Harbor Health Care of Lewes. S he was the daughter of the late Myrtle Sammons Harmon and Isaac Wilson Harmon. She grew up in Riverdale, Delaware, and attended the Nanticoke Indian School of Riverdale, and later Richard Allan School of Georgetown. In 1981, she re- c eived her GED and CNA at Sussex Vocational School i n Georgetown. In 1959, she was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and remained so till her death. She was content and happy learning Gods purpose for the earth and his promises for mankind. She is survived by one son, Joseph Adonis Street of Lewes, along with three grandchildren, Sara Jo Street o f Lewes, Jasmyn N. Street and Andrew P. Street of Miramar, Florida, as well as six siblings, Eleana Street, June Robbins, Lorraine Prouse, Beatrice Miller, Jan H armon, and Conrad Harmon all of Millsboro. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by a son, Kerwin D. Street, four siblings, Nelson Harmon, Cecile Coursey, Marian Jackson and Clarence Harmon. Services were held.
