Albert Ramirez, 60, Dies of Injuries In California Aibert Ramirez, 60-year-old former deputy sheriff here, died Sunday at 5 a.m. in a San Jose, Calif., hospital, where he was taken 8 week before when he was the victim of a hit and run driver. Ramirez was a night watchman and wAs returning home at 3 a.m. Nov. 17 when he was struck. The driver of the car had not been apprehended Monday. Funeral services for Ramirez will be held in Santa Clara, Calif., where he has resided for years. Surviviors include his widow, Carlotta O. Ramirez: six sons, Juan, Albert Jr., Jose, Arturo and Carmen, all of California, and Rejelio Ramirez. of El Paso. Three of his sisters. Mrs. Guadalupe Diaz, Mrs. Della Hernandez and Mrs. G. I. Blythe, reside in Del Rio. His other sisters are Mrs. Con-| cepcion Romero of Baton Rouge, La. and Mrs. Annie Rothman of San Diego, Calif.
