It shall be mandatory upon the Contractor to whom the contract Is awarded and upon any Sub-Contractor under him to pay not less than said specified rates to all laborers, workers, and mechanics employed bv them In the execution of the contract, and to prevent discrimination In the employment of persons because of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, age, or marital status as set forth in the provisions of Resolution No. 90-358 of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino. The term of the contract will continue from February 1, 1996 to the termination date of January 31, 1997, renewable for up to a maximum of two (2) additional one year periods by mutual agreement between the Director of Public Works and Contractor.

The Contractor shall furnish all equipment and supplies required to perform the specified Items of work and to maintain me irrigation system in a fully operational manner and all landscaping in an attractive and healthy condition. Each bidder shall provide, with hisher bid, a complete list of equipment, number and classification of personnel and the names and telephone numbers of three (3) references for projects of a similar nature.
