Bulla Individual Star Ray Bulla of South Side finished strong to cop Individual low honors with a total of 328. Pete Kahler, of South Side, who led the field In the final round, was runner up with 328, Stan Zlenkosky, Sunnyside, who led the competition through the first three rounds, fell down in his final test and finished third with 831.
