Disney, president of Walt Disney Productions, and Leonard H. Goldenson, president American Broadcasting- Paramount Theatres, Inc. Under the pact, Walt Disney will produce three television program series for ABC-TV and Mouse plus a new series titled, will be a live-action series of 39 weekly half- hour adventures which the Walt Disney Studios plans to introduce in October. It will be a nighttime show, starring the romantic figure created by author Johnston McCulley. William Tunberg is writing the teleplays, each of which will be complete in itself.

Twenty-six new hour-long shows are scheduled for weekly series commencing its fourth season in September.
