marijuana and found some of the weed in the car Its five occupants were charged with possessing the narcotic in warrants issued by Municipal Court Judge Glen Sutherland They were identified as Edward Stansifcr 20 Guy A Anderson 20 Robert Noll 20 Scott Woods 21 and Anthony Ritchie 21 all of Ft Bliss Officer de Anda arrested a motorist following a traffic accident in the 4100 block of Pollard avenue and several pills were found Rosa Zoubek Brown 46 3726 Flory avenue was charged with possessing controlled substance and also with driving while intoxicated in Sutherland warrants Officer Luis Barragan saw a man trying to hide an envelope in a downtown bus depot that contained 17 capsules Maximiliano Holguin Lara 38 3830 Polk avenue was charged with possessing controlled substance in a warrant issued by Peace Justice Jesus Hernandez Officers Pete Munoz and William Fox saw a youth in a canyon near Coronado High School checked to see if he was a runaway and found some marijuana Eric Swayne Diaglc 17 5113 Ocotillo road was charged with its possession in an Hernandez warrant Police narcotics officers working on a tip found a man injecting heroin in a restroom of a service station in the 3500 block of Gateway boulevard east Concern 1 Police Car accidents Two children were taken to Thomason General Hospital with severe but not critical injuries after they were struck by a car on South Schuti road near Zaragosa road late yesterday They were Elisa Enriques 4 and Aragelia Martinez 6 both of apart-ments at 9000 Kennedy lane The girls ran into the path of the car of Jack Rob-berson 8069 Carpenter road and he was not held at fault in the accident Injured in other accidents were Mrs Labena Tice 69 253 Northwind drive Miss Mary Gonzales 20 3200 Chandler road Miss Deborah man approached her on ML Carmel road near Gibbs road late yesterday offered to give her a ride then grabbed and started molesting her when she refused He fled whdn her screams brought neighborhood residents and escaped in a car He was described as a thin Latin in his middle 20s with short hair and a long beard Burglaries Two El Paso boys aged 15 and 16 were in custody of their parents today and a 14-year-old Juarez boy was in serious but stable condition with an air rifle pellet wound in his chest after he was shot late yesterday in an alley off the 2400 block of North Stanton street The victim said he and companions were scavenging in garbage cans when one of the boys who had been watching them raised a rifle and shot They fled while neighborhood residents helped the wounded youth and called police Officers tracked the El Paso boys to the nearby home and they were taken into custody The Juarez boy was hit by a 5 millimeter projectile The suspects were to be interviewed today by Domestic Relations Court Judge Henry Pena Narco cases Police Officers Paul Knox and Rosales saw a car cruising the 700 block of East Schuster avenue and stopped it when it ran a red light early today They found a number of items which were being checked to determine whether or not they were stolen They also found a small amount of marijuana Manuel Trillo Jr 21 2107 San Diego avenue was charged Peace Justice Jesus Hernandez Officer HG Behl stopped a car being driven erratically and found that it had been stolen from Irvin High School David Balli 17 512 Catskill drive was charged with auto theft in a warrant issued by Peace Justice Walter McGhee Two other boys 15 a girl 15 and a boy 14 were placed in the County Juvenile Detention Home Other burglaries and attempts being investigated today included Sherman-Pese Equipment Co 3016 Alameda avenue Yslcta Baptist Church 8601 Alameda and residences in the blocks of 8100 Staghorn drive 700 North El Paso street 2400 North Stanton street 700 East Ninth avenue 10400 Ponderosa drive 3400 Kirkwall avenue 1300 Arizona avenue 3500 Keltner avenue 400 Borrett circle 7200 and 7600 Alameda Vehicles were in the blocks of 1600 Lomaland avenue 8900 Dirk court 10200 Ridgewood drive 9400 Daugherty drive 3700 North Stanton and 9500 Iris way Vehicle thefts and attempts were at Stevens street and Lincoln avenue Ft Bliss and in the blocks of 9900
