AN FOR CATHOLIC SCHOOL WALLINGFORD (UPI)--Plans for construction of a Catholic arochial high school for the th Haven-Wallingford-Meriden area have been postponed indefinitely. In a personal letter read at Vlasses in churches throughout he area, Archbishop Henry O'Brien said the Hartford Archdiocese had decided to shelve plans for a S3 million facility which would have been constructed for 1,500 students on an 50-acre site here. It would have aeen the first parochial school in any of the three communities.
