EAST lt rpool review CAR PASSENGER POLICY OFFERED Stock Concerns Adopt New Insurance For Injury A new form of insurance which gives protection to passengers in an automobile who become injured in case of an accident, has been adopted by stock insurance companies having agencies in East Liverpool. Sometime ago Ohio barred damage claims against the drivers of cars by persons claiming to have been injured while passengers. Pay Medical Bills By the terms of insurance now available the companies will pay the hospital, medical and surgical bills for persons Injured or the full amount of the policy in case of COLDS Diarontfort 666 quh-k rrllrf from the mlaery of colda, take death, in any highway accident to any passenger. The so-called may be attached to any regular liability policy.

In East Liverpool the extra charge for this insurance is $4 where the damages are limited to $250 per person and $5 for a maximum $500 bill. The liability insurance premium in East Liverpool is $18, which would make the charge for this Insurance $22 and $23 respectively. Driver Not Protected This insurance applies to any person who may be a passenger in the automobile on which the insurance is carried but does not protect the driver. The insurance would cover all bills in connection with the accident without regard to responsibility for the crash. Under the present Ohio laws an occupant of an automobile may bring suit for damages only in case the driver was guilty of extreme negligence.
