GerCAgB 6'60 July planum, against we Holding corporation, also known as Wex Holding Mamie Diller. as administratrix of tha estate of Herman H. Diller; The People of the state of New York. David S. LlnsheU, Charlea Miller and Anna Miller, hl wife, said last two defendants being ten began July 10.

On that date Hugh S. Johnson set a 30-day limit for cleaning up 262 pending codes and promulgated a basic code for industries which could not find places elsewhere. Today the number of unfinished agreements stands at 118. Before Aug. 10, the deadline, nearly another 100 are expected to have niches in the vast code structure.

That would mean that only 25 or 30 small industries would be left to go under the basic code administered by a Government code authority. Some NRA officials will be pleased if the Government Code Authority never becomes necessary. Most of the 144 industries coded since July 10 have merged with existing groups. For example, the fly swatter and hog nose ring businesses were placed under the fabricated metals code; the bee equipment and silo industries went under the farm equipment code.
