Now that their last indebtedness has been met, ths new year promises to be a good one for the club. This was also the occasion for the annual birthday luncheon, and the twelve tables decorated for every month carried out the symbol of the home state of each hostess. Mrs. H. S.

Special guests inaluded Charles Wakefield Cadman, whose protege, Edward Earle, pianist, presented a brilliant program; his teacher, Mary Sinclair Taylor, and Assemblyman Everett G. The films are tentatively titled "Sierra Morena" (The Dark Nlountain) and "El Cannon de la Pirata" (The Song of the Pirate'.
