CanadHHi Police To Check Legality Of Draft Evaders TORONTO (AP)-The Canadian Mounted Police say they will not arrest draft dodging Americans living in Cinwja legally. However, a police spokesman said Monday night such eases would be investigated and illegal immigrants turned over to Canadian immigration authorities. Hathaway, a 22-year-old American draft evasion who his been in Toronto for three years. Hathaway, a music student, refused comment.
