Needed Facility The proposed Ravenwood-North Light Industrial Park of Monte Riefler at Big Tree and Bay View Roads will be a welcome addition to the tax base and a new source of employment opportunities in this depresssed economic area with thousands seeking work. Mr. Riefler has proved his concern for the Greater Hamburg Community with his success in two other tasteful developments off Sunset Drive in Hamburg Village. The condominium complex of fine residences in Ravenwood Park and his light industry development Ravenwood Park-East which embraces two manufacturing plants and an office complex in attractive settings enhance the area.

Krepe Kraft would be the ideal lead and anchor industry for his latest development. It is a clean and odorless operation free from noise. Its establishment would be a viable attraction for other small manufacturing concerns and commercial facilities. The sooner Mr. Riefler is giverfihe green light by the proper town authorities, tne better will be the Hamburg area.
