Married in chapel SUDBURY Joan McKniff, daughter 0 Mr. and Mrs. William McKnitf of Baldwin became the bride of James P. Hust, son of Mr. and Mrs, Raymond Hust of Rosenberg Evansville, Oct.

3 at a 1:30 p.m. ceremony at the Martha and Mary Chapel in Sudbury. Rev. Paul Fagg of the Pilgrim Church, South boro, performed the ceremony which was written by the couple. For her wedding the bride chose a handmade natural color pins cloth gown designed and made in the Philippines, featuring traditional nwia sleeves.

Mrs. Anne Marie Modeski, sister of the bride, was matron or honor and Debbie Hust, sister of the bridegroom, was bridesmaid. The bride's attendants wore identically styled Filipino yel low gowns. Best man was Michael Ford of Osewcgo, Ore. Anthony Modeski served as' usher.

The bride is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She did post graduate work in community development at the University of New Mexico and the University or tbc Philippines. Mr. Hust is a graduate of the University of Evansville, Evansville, liid. and of the Air Force pilot training schuDl at Randolph Air Force Base, San Anfonio, Tex.

James J. Durkin of 8 McFar lin Road, Chelmsford, yesterday at a 7 p.m. ceremony at St. Monica's Church, Rochester, N.Y. Kscorled by her father, the bride was attired in a white velvet gown accented with lace trim.

She wore a matching veil and carried a bouquet of yellow and orange flowers. Maid or honor was Janet Corrigan, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Cathy Sis son of Upper Montcfair, N.Y., sister uf the bride, Anne Marie Durkin of Chelmsford, sister of fhe bridegroom, and Gail Duclos of Rochester, N.Y. The maid of honor was attired in a brown velvet gown, the bridesmaids wore apricot ehiifon gowns with brown vel vel bolero vests. Best man was Paul Boscci of New Britain, and ushers were George Higgins or Chelmsford; James Zabel of King of Prussia, and Thomas Hildreth of Chelmsford.

Following the wedding ceremony, a reception was held at the Lodge on the Green in Rochester. The bride, a graduate of Our Lady of Mercy High School in Rochester, attended Ml. Ida Jr. College in Newton. Mr.

Durkin a graduate of Chelmsford High School and Boston College, was a member of the Boston College track team for four years.
