FASHIONS CLUB ACTIVITES I Wedding of Betty Kautz To Robert McDowell Is Solemnized This Morning The marriage of Miss Betty Kautz, daughter of Carl Kautz, R. R. 3, Sandusky, to Robert, McDowell, son of Mr. and Mrs.

William McDowell, Willard, was solemnized this morning at 11 o'clock 1n the rectory of SS. Peter and Paul's Church with the Rev. Karl Burger officiating. The bride wore a defense blue street dress with black accessories and a shoulder corsage of yellow roses. A heart-shaped locket was a gift of the bridegroom.

The bridesmaid, Miss Jeanne McDowell, sister of the bridegroom, was in black and white. She had a shoulder corsage of pink roses. The bridegroom was attended by Robert Kautz, brother of the bride. The bridegroom's mother wore a black dress and a shoulder corsage of red roses. A wedding dinner at the Kautz home followed the ceremony.

Table were in pink and white and fall flowers formed the center-piece. Later the couple left on a eastern motor trip and upon their return will reside on Campbell-st. Among the recent parties for Mrs. McDowell was a twilight dinner given Tuesday evening by Mrs. Josiah Sargeant and Mrs.

Jane Durant of Cleveland at the Sargeant home on the S. Patten- Tract-rd. In contests after the dinner Miss Lucy Ann Marshall, Miss Dorothy Deitz, Mrs. Ed Wood and Mrs. Rolland Hoffman were fortunate.

Meet of Congregational Church Women's Association Is Friday The Women's Association of the First Congregational Church will hold its monthly meeting Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the church. Mrs. Peter Higgins Is Hostess At Current Review Club Session A regular meeting of the Current Review club was held this afternoon at the home of Mrs. Peter Higgins on Columbus-av. Mrs. Lloyd Beuthel, president of the organization, conducted a routine business session after the meeting was opened.

For the program later Mrs. John Kerchner reviewed "Spring Symphony" by Eleanor Painter. Mrs. Kerchner read a personal letter from the author and played recordings of compositions by Schumann 'about whom "Spring Symphony" is written. Mrs.
