Dan is employed by Des Pleines post office. He finds little time for hobbies, but does like to bowl. Conrad Grisko i204 Peacock Ct. Carol Grisko says a good way to meet new neighbors is to get a puppy and take it for walks.

Just before she and her husband, Conrad, moved to Rolling Meadows two months ago, they acquired a puppy of mixed ancestry, named back Cindy. Carol finds training it and taking cara of it is time consuming, but fun. Conrad went to Kelly high school and Carol to St. Rita's members of St. Col 11 in Chicago, and they are church.

WHEN THEY decided to buy a home, they found Rolling Meadows very convenient to Conrad's job at O'Haiv field, where he works for American Airlines. The former owners had planted rose bushes in the garden, and Carol is proud of the lovely roses now in bloom. Her first adventure in gardening was to plant some cucumber seeds, since cucumbers are a favorite vegetable in the family. "But only one has come up so far," she laughed. Carol reads a lot, mostly mystery stories.

Focal point of the living room is the set of drums, Conrad's prime interest. He is drummer in the Top Hat poll-a band, much in demand for weddings and other affairs in Chicago, and whenever he has spare time he beats out the peppy rhythms. TKNSK FACES ringed the ticket booth at Rolling Meadows firemen's cai nival Sunday night, as Bob Suerth reached into the hopper, held open by Bud Brooske, to pick the winner of the I960 Mercury which was the grand prize of the four-day cai nival. But the winner wasn't present. Martin Schwarx, 121 Hill in rural Forest River subdivision near Des Flames, received the glad news by telephone that his name had been drawn.
