Hickman, Jan. 31--The condition of "Pongo" Joe Cantillon, veteran baseball player, manager and umpire, was reported as "very grave" by physicians today. Cantillon rallied yesterday, his physicians said, but took a sudden turn for the worse last night. He is suffering from a paralytic stroke. New York, Jan.
