MacAndrew, 60, of 54 West st, popular sport leader and All-American football player at Dartmouth College in 1898, were conducted yesterday afternoon from the late honfe. Rev William Nichols of Quincy, assisted by Rev Loren Gough of Hint, Mich, officiated at the services. Mr MacAndrew was born in New York city. His family moved to this town when he was a year old. He attended the local schools, Thayer Academy and Dartmouth College, where he was chosen All-American end by the late Walter Camp.

Following graduation at Dartmouth, Mr MacAndrew coathed football at Western Reserve, Toledo, High School, Berkley High School and at St Mary's College on the west coast. During the past few years he has been affiliated with the Cities Service Refining Company at East Braintree in the capacity of safety engineer. He is survived by his wife, Mrs Florence (MacKinnon) MacAndrew, and two daughters, Margaret and Elizabeth MacAndrew. Bearers included Dee Sturges, John Kounsvell, Louis M.
